Maybe they have a special almost-parallel dimension where 18 years are equivalent to our 18 days, like an oven where you put your dough and take out the hot buns XD
That dimension, let's call it Dimension XXx (sorry finger slipped), doesn't obey the laws of space and time, or any laws for that matter... It's entirely ruled by loose women who are overly strict with the children... All in all, you're just another dick in the hole... Wait whut? Oh well, just imagine a Victorian school where you get the best education but at the same time can't wait to get the fuck out...
And it lasts for 18 years until he can finally go back to a better world, to his biological parents. What a relief!! No more spanking, stuffing, stretching and all the uncool clothes!! Now he will never wear anything but rubber and leather to the rest of his life! And only when told "oh dear, I never expected they'd make him such a slut!" he realizes how much he had learned!
At first Kyle and Helen couldn't believe this hot ass babe was indeed their son Jennifer! But then they had a 100% proof when they looked at the dick 😜
