Oh that suddenly made me think of something... I did enlarge Erika's breasts for some pictures, so why not do the same with Martin's dick? They could have the same condition, and also can make it more frequent, they could even call it their "critical days", a few days every few week when their breasts/dick peak in size 😜 (doesn't have to be in sync between them)
