Mmm soft strokes of hot living fingers touching cold, empty ribcage, spreading growing tingling warm sensation reaching deep into marrow of each rib. Then reaching lower, teasing nerve endings, void belly filling with potent energy, slowly, heavily beating like newly awakened hearth, each pulse deeply felt. Lichard particularly inspired me to my own little lich story, it has already many pages, but its crude, amateurish, polishing will take much time. Can't wait to show it to you then, one or two parts might be somewhat original I hope.
Out of D&D I know only Planescape: Torment, Baldur's Gate 1 games, first one having very deep and sad story where everything could be solved by dialogues no fights.
Double meanings and enhancing - hard as rock?

This is perfect setup for next. You would play as Erika and goal would be to chose right actions in I don't know 10 steps to make Martin shoot his entire load, not just half or 80%. After each right action he would do bigger grin releasing some more pressure.
There might be even bonus round for those replaying game, getting 100%, in which he would released explosively, sorta unforeseen payback on Erika, messing her all up even face in "mana" blast.
Erika is sexy as hell, her boobs especially, but Martin is stealing sight with his face full of emotions! Wavy hairs and role play shirt are so neat! And can't help to envy that well grown magic wand and sack bursting full with mana ;-)
What if you could cast spells in some magic world only through this special wand :-o ... scary big lord Dickmort... but what about girls, maybe boob magic hmm... .

Well, Martin has been grooming himself as a photo model basically since childhood, while Erika grew up in a village and only started modeling after she met him. She's a quick learner and a natural but she of course can't get to Martin's level so fast. So all she can do as the "Masked Rogue" is try to steal the viewer's attention 😅

Yes, now I can see it!! I hadn't even thought of that before! Hilarious!! But somehow it's still sexy, it doesn't ruin the image... And yes! I agree, this pose needs more variants of angles and lighting!
