Yes, the lighting is different. But if you don't know, you can imagine that it was intended that way. Marie is already in a beautiful dream world. I believe the indoors lighting would actually be like 10 times dimmer but didn't want to make her barely visible... I think it's easier to plan such a picture as a whole from the start than merge already made images...
