Yes, it is a wonderful song about life and how we should embrace its ups and downs as we slide gracefully down the traffic cones of fate. It may be painful sometimes, but it's all for our own growth and development, and eventually everything that goes in our ass WILL come out and leave us with knowledge to face future battles....
