Waist of Time WIP

This illustration was inspired by Aldric's series about Adonis' photoshooting with his uncle Jim who was the photographer: Adonis Uncle and Shooting Afternoon.

Adonis took some time to change his corsets between the shots. The new one was a very small red corset, uncle Jim wanted Adonis to leave it half-open to take some pictures of him pretending to be in the process of lacing it. Of course Jim didn't want Adonis to fully lace that corset, it was obviously too small, and it was just to create the breath-taking effect that it "could" be fully laced, and also make some dynamic compositions.

But uncle Jim got carried away and forgot to explain all this to Adonis, and to Jim's surprise the young man came out from behind the screen with the tiny red corset fully laced. Uncle Jim almost jumped when he saw him with such a wasped waist, and naturally he inquired just how small Adonis' waist can be!? Adonis replied that on some days it could be as small as 25 cm. It was uncomfortable to walk having the waist laced that tight, but it felt very nice if he laced while sitting in a chair or sofa and then just lay down to enjoy it. That's what he often did while reading a book.

Jim asked if it was one of these days today and Adonis replied that indeed his waist was feeling very soft today and he could bear an even smaller corset for a couple of pictures if uncle Jim wanted.

For no particular reason uncle Jim looked at his watches and... suddenly he devised a whole new concept in his head! It was very creative and might make a brilliant piece for his future exhibition, and maybe some company would be even interested in this concept for their advertisements, which already smelled like good money for both himself and Adonis.

Putting the watches on Adonis' waist took a lot of delicate work because the slightest tension in the abdomen might break the expensive watches. Of course it wasn't Rolex but still repairing it might cost a few hundred euros. Adonis' friend Antonin carefully held Adonis' shoulders while uncle Jim worked with a jeweler's precision applying the watches and Adonis himself tried to breathe as softly as possible, keeping his abdomen completely relaxed. He liked this idea very much and tried to not ruin it.
