It is nice to imagine this isn't some wild moment for her but rather casual begining of morning exercise. Just to "pinch" body a bit to jumpstart it for further intense pleasures. Thats only thing I would improve X-) large pille of other "insertable" toys behind her on bed.
The pose is something very sexy too, but most of all I like pierced points you made clear they are inside real living body.

Thank you so much! I made the original image (pose and body) a long time ago, back when I was making the Lichard pics with stomach vacuums... I found these old tests and decided to re-render one of them, turning it into a Helen pic for some reason, just wanted to see her again and enjoy some new sexy piercings :D
I agree it's just fun moments for her, much like how some people love deepthroating or work out with huge dildos every day without much hassle. Although the song is about Painproofen, I don't think she even uses painkillers for this - it's probably much more exciting to do it without Painproofen and then just use some simple nanobot oil to heal the wounds without trace. But it's a great idea to add more skewers and toys on the bed behind, somehow didn't think of it :D

I haven't had many good ideas for painproof art lately, I'm not into meaningless stabbing or brutal/guro art, it's more for aesthetics and eroticism, at least in my view, so it takes time to come up with nice ideas... Funnily enough in a lot of cultures impaling oneself with skewers (well actually acupuncture needles) is though to relieve pain. I like to believe that Painproofen isn't actually a real drug, but rather pure placebo. The illusion behind it gave people like Helen the confidence to experiment and push themselves to new extremes, not knowing that they could have done this by themselves for all of this time. But given she can handle two skewers being ran through her torso without either Painproofen or painkillers, I can't stop imagining what she would be able to archive with those :)

Another consideration, what happens whenever she pulls out those skewers when she's on Painproofen? Do the wonds immediately heal, or would she have enough time to shove some objects inside of them, and who knows, even slowly dilating the holes more and more.

It's quite fascinating to think of it in such detail! It's indeed unlikely that Helen would even need the Painproofen for some shallow piercing like this unless she were to penetrate deeper within her body. Painproofen has several variations, e.g. with Painproofen Forte it's possible to puncture through the body and even the neck, and the more recent military grade Painproofen Max regenerates the body faster than one can say 'ouch'. But truth be told, I'm not particularly invested in thinking how much further she might go, I'm mainly interested in the abdomen area :D The other possibilities don't hold the same appeal, but that's of course just me.
