Kali Blackwasp
Once upon a time beyond the buttes of Al Hedsit lived a beautiful child named Kali who had a tanned complexion, a long dark hair and an enormous curiosity for playing in older companies.
As part of those, I often saw her around and believe she was eight at the time I asked her if she could do belly rolls. Young Kali had no idea something like that could be done with the belly until the fourteen years old me sent a few waves through my abdominal muscles to say hi to the girl's own beautiful little tummy.
Since then she grew glued to me and bugged me every day to show her more of this "belly magic" and her already large eyes widened even more whenever I had the time to teach her some of it. Her first exercise was the belly vacuum, that is sucking in the stomach as deep as she could. Soon she learned to breathe, walk around and do some silly dances, all without releasing the vacuum for some minutes in a row.
She was so excited to suddenly learn a skill like that! But even more so she was eager to try even more things, and her next task was to wear a piece of cloth tugged tight around the waist for the rest of the day.
After this simple trick, Kali wouldn't get tired of telling me how she felt as if her life started anew on that day! Everything was so different with this added sweet pressure on her soft abdomen, every move was now so oddly pleasant that nobody needed to ask her to tug it tighter and tighter.
She couldn't get enough of it and of course I knew of some ways to make it even tighter with a small stick I would hold behind her back, twisting the cloth to make it bury even more into her willing tummy. Meanwhile Kali would stand there excited by the magical wasp-like shape her body had in the mirror and almost by instinct she'd start moving her hips to one side, then another, first childishly, then more and more passionately...
And needless to say, she became very serious about it.
In another ten years Kali grew into a teen of fantastic beauty and never-ending passion for belted dancing. Her unnaturally slim abdomen on her otherwise very healthy and desirable figure only left more room for compliments. Even the dancers from Hudja, the cradle of belted dancing, where wearing tight belts was the most ancient tradition, complimented her, whenever their caravans crossed Al Hedsit...
For her formal education she got into alchemy right after me. Thanks to the potions our age gap completely disappeared and she became one of my dearest lovers. Neither of us planned to ever grow to look older than eighteen and we both thanked science and magic for granting us the access to the knowledge directly related to making our bodies even more youthful and amazing. After all, the flesh was an alchemist's primary tool. Using seduction like a spell, we would absorb people's lust rather than letting it go to waste, and this sanitary job helped us to collect the energy for many interesting potions and expand our wisdom greatly beyond the poppies and daisies.
Without losing her cheerful spirit for a moment, Kali sank deep into the mysterious ancient knowledge and the darkness of witchery and blood alchemy. After studying some of the secret engravings on the inner walls of Barathrum, she became obsessed with what she believed to be the forbidden skill of... using her own playful language, completely separating the ribs from the hips!
I've heard of separation before from the elven oracles, about some energy whirls letting the upper body float right over the hips without any physical connection between the two halves. That seemed too magical even for me but Kali immediately packed her stuff and took a flying carpet straight to Elbend's observatory.
Of course I couldn't miss such a ride and joined my beautiful friend on her large silky carpet. Honestly, I didn't truly believe we'd make a major discovery there but the mere thought of visiting the elven oracles...
