Sucklops have amazingly capacious mouths and they just love the taste of innocent boys whom they catch and suck against their will, taking in their entire legs to the very tummy.
Other than their greed for sucking yummy boys, they're harmless and not dangerous, though the first time getting sucked can be really weird XD
Those strange creatures were probably created by mageboys at some point...
