In my eyes a lot of characters of yours actively seek out pain. The sensations that pain brings allows them to explore their bodies, and experience a form pleasure that we mortals can only imagine. Not only when Kristina or Helen have skewers ran through their bodies, and feel the cold metal running inside their skin, and along their muscles or organs; but also when Andrzej has his back bent so much that we just lose count of the folds, or Sergio whenever his waist is squeezed to the point where the only thing that remains is his spinal column. I see your characters going through torturous themes like them exploring any other kink they might have. For them pain shouldn't be any different than a nice fist up their asses :)
Especially because, thanks to painproofen, they don't have to worry about any consequences.

Has anyone in the yuniverse ever tried using painproofen to drive a dildo all the way through themselves? I would imagine that it would be easy to punch a small hole between the intestines and the stomach, and shove a long dildo so deep that it comes out of someone's mouth.
