Arcus DVD

Arcus is the former prince of the kingdom conquered by king Asmodeus. In that kingdom all noble demons were used to wear tight belts, very similar to the Itaburi belts that people of some African tribes wear.

A tight belt was a sign of high social status and of course those who wore it couldn't do any serious work, wearing such kind of a restrictive decoration, so they had their slaves do all the work.

After Arcus himself became a slave of king Asmodeus, the king commanded to train him to be a dancer, and so he could no longer tighten the belt as much as when he was a prince, yet he's still wearing a belt as a decoration while dancing. Also dancing in the Demonworld isn't anything like just wiggling the ass and whirling around, I mean... that too, but it's also a very complex art that involves a lot of acrobatics and beautiful flexible moves ^^

Just as a remark, that's a black loin-cloth that he's wearing, not panties ^^; Also demons don't wear very much clothes simply because of the general climate in Hell, so when it comes to fashion the Demonworld is a whole different place than Earth XD
