The kingdom of Foldale was home to many unique people with extraordinary abilities, but none quite like that of Basil. Born with an incredible flexibility, he could bend and contort his body in ways unimaginable, earning him the name of Spineless Knight among those who knew of his talents. His long blond hair was always tied back into a ponytail to keep it out of his eyes while he adventured, revealing the intricate details of his armored leotard that hugged every curve and muscle on his body.

Archie, who served as Basil's squire, possessed an equal level of flexibility that matched his knight's. He was a head shorter than Basil with blond hair that was also shorter in length. Despite his smaller stature, Archie moved with the agility and grace of a cat. Together, these two joined their spineless forces on numerous adventures throughout Foldale and beyond its borders.

Their partnership wasn't limited to fighting bendits; they also found time for love in the evenings. As sunlight turned to dusk, Basil and Archie would share a tender moment in the nearby inn they crossed on their adventures. One day, as they were traveling through a dense forest, Basil and Archie's eyes widened at the sight before them - a clearing filled with mushrooms that seemed to take on humanoid forms, their movements alluring and enticing. It was unclear whether these were plants or some sort of magical creatures, but one thing was certain: they beckoned Basil and Archie closer as if inviting them for pleasures.

As usual in dangerous situations, Basil folded his back tight and used his spinelessness to bravely run away, but this time, things didn't go according to plan. Basil's heart raced as he saw the mushrooms closing in on his beloved squire. They got all over him! Basil knew that time was running out, so he quickly took action.

Basil couldn't believe what he was seeing as the mushrooms began to envelop Archie's body more and more. He knew he had to do something and quickly, so he used his own power of flexibility to twist into the heap of mushrooms and then unfolded himself in one powerful move to break their grip on Archie and toss them around the clearing.

Basil quickly took Archie's hand, when he noticed that something strange was happening to it. Instead of the usual hand he knew, it felt more like a paw of a cat. He was afraid to take a closer look at his boyfriend but forced himself to do so and was shocked by what he saw - Archie was steadily gaining some strange feline features.

The knight was in shock as he watched his once human lover change before his eyes. He didn't understand what was happening and why his squire was turning into an animal. The transformation was complete, and now there stood before him a large white lion with yellow eyes.
