Too tired after travels, you enter a fun house to find a bed and maybe an easy job. A slender, long-haired brunette welcomes you in. Nice try with the girly looks but you know he's a guy. Good trap though. But once you step inside, he grins, revealing his vampire teeth, the door behind you is locked and this time you're trapped for real!

Two muscled men hold your arms by force, lead you to a dark room and bind you there, making you watch a scene where they lock various devices around the waist of two naked youths and squeeze as they please...

After squeezing all the juices out of these barely legal teens, the bendits make it clear that you're next: "Either pay us 20 gold OR prep your belly for the treatment!"
