Most interesting! I was not that aware of catheters to be honest, I only remember them briefly mentioned in one of House MD episodes, so when I saw the pictures of sounds in that PDF file you linked I thought that can't be real XD But now I see what they were used for and now to be honest this picture of the unicorn has a somewhat medical flavor when I look at it, like the poor guy is dealing with his urinary obstruction XD
