🎒 Contortion Class

Sorry about the weird faces, I was really torn between making a short animation with only the good part included, and a longer one where you can see more of the movement. I ended up going for more in the end 😅

"Ex...treme, huh? What a funny word! We've never heard that word before..."

Indeed, the modern educational system is very cautious and striving to keep students in the safest of environments, never using words that could potentially create a negative impact on their fragile minds. This has resulted in a generation of students who are almost completely ignorant about their own limitations and capable of doing the most unbelievable things without even realizing how difficult they were to achieve for their predecessors, who had to endure years of being reminded about the perils and dangers of everything in life and being told how painful and difficult it is to achieve any success in contortion.

But with today's kids, everything is possible, and there are no limits to the heights of contortion they can achieve, all thanks to the modern educational system and its focus on positivity, encouragement and the avoidance of any negative words or phrases that could potentially discourage students from reaching their full potential.

We can only imagine the incredible things these girls will eventually achieve and how far they will go in their gymnastic and artistic careers. The possibilities are endless when you have the right mindset and teachers who don't start every sentence with words like "Don't try this at home" or "Be careful!" but instead, "You call that a backbend? Keep pushing!" or "A good start, but let's see how far you can take it!"

It's a brave new world of flexibility and possibility. The modern world. Where even sky is not the limit anymore, and the universe beyond it is just a stretch away!
