Gave lot of thought how to imagine Helen while not "ruin" her as you say. And it seems pincushion is in fact way to go. Instead of many huge swords and things mentioned in "Appendix". I keep imagining that Helen would probably use thin needles and spent whole day searching for yet another place to insert "one more". She would need experience and skill to insert 100+ of these in such a way as to keep all possible mobility and agility while squeezing maximum out of each possible "pleasure" point.
