I once had a very strange idea, involving a unique body structure. Let one foot deeply enter through the vagina and finally come out of the mouth, this leg running through the entire body. If the person enjoys it, she might grab the foot in her mouth and pull it outwards. It could be her own leg or someone else's
There's a creature called Melusine who has two separate flexible tails instead of legs, if they're transformed into soft, smooth tentacles like in this picture, they can be inserted deep in her anus and vagina simultaneously and penetrate the entire body until she pulls them both as far as possible out of her mouth with her two hands. Constantly tugging on one limb, then the other, she can create a double friction not only in the womb and rectum but through the entire body! :)
