The Mystic Archipelago

Rouge and Sebastien arrive to the Mystic Archipelago where every island is a magical place preserving one of the world's cultures and each island has its very own "dress code", sometimes as extreme as requiring one to use magical spells to entirely change his body.

Ok, and this is them on the island of Titania, the island built by ancient Greeks, today's greatest place for bodybuilding contests, attracting all kinds of muscled folk.

There is a placed known as Muscle Beach, it's a nudist beach where bodybuilding and strength contests are carried out daily. The island is always very sunny and the sun shines beautifully upon the naked and oiled bodies of the athletes :3

While some of the guests wanting to participate in the local contests on Titania usually use special magical steroid packs to quickly gain the muscles, Rouge and Sebastien actually practice bodybuilding regularly and have a natural musculature :3 (well, at least Sebastien)
