A) I'm always here for Martin, but also B) I'm also always here for your weirder stuff. Some of it is hard to look at for me, but I still appreciate the skill and effort you put into a piece. It wouldn't be so disturbing if you weren't so talented. It's like how the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre doesn't bother me in the slightest, but that remake a few years ago? It messed me up. I think any adult should be able to appreciate something without necessarily liking it.

It took me a minute to realise what all was going on, and I just love the composition of the shot. There's a bit to unpack and it makes it so much fun to look at.

Also, maybe Nate is taking the picture while in the same pose?

I tried other angles and thought it's better to see his face "normally" than have it upside down, this way it contorts the viewer's perception, while the upside down view merely gives a headache.

In my head it was Nate taking the picture after dad (Martin) gave him a cool new camera. I also just realized it's the same place as in this picture, must be some local Bermuda triangle that contorts anyone who gets in that corner 😜
