Ah you liked them :-)
Won't forget him in story hehe :p and maybe even manage some pictures I hope! that be real challenge!

Yeah Iam into broad muscular shoulders and slim wasp waist for some reason that shape seems just right will work on that more!
Well at first I was like hmm this is different world maybe even planet. But then started to think he looks more like some fantasy being. Who knows?! Maybe in fact his people live in sea and looks more like mermaids but some storm took this guy far away on some remote tropical island. And with his magical skills (nothing like skilled wizzard but still have some) he managed to transform into human like form to survive in those salty swamps. As open sea is too dangerous full of some darker tentacled beings here... . Now maybe he just saw for a first time there other sentient creature (shipwrecked soul) a human boy and eh they will get to know each another soon.... :D

Human boy have sharp spear threatening strange creature, but soon he willl be one speared and willingly hehe X-)
Shifty
Oooo tentacleporn *o* Looking forward to the humanboy too! About making more pictures of the same character, not sure how are you going to achieve that with AI... I tried to repeat the character from here and make another pic of him but to achieve that I had to design the whole character in Daz Studio and base it on a 3D render. But never know, maybe you have some ideas... :P
Yup his face is more familiar now, but it was just mine impression didn't wanted to critize! Sorry if it sounded that way, really.

Some days back I did played lot and created lot images to work more in future, but it is so time consuming even if it does most work for you so instead like 9 which I wanted here are at least 2 somewhat nice I hope. Also have some landscapes but its like on whole days to make it interesting somehow.

Well I didn't like that his face looked super unfamiliar, so I fixed it. At first I just thought "maybe it's okay" but nope, just didn't feel right and the stare was way too intrusive too. Now it's more neutral and much more familiar.

The tiger looks really good, the muscles, the legs and the patterns, as well as the hair, all makes an amazing character that you instantly want to see more of! He made me think of one of the hookers from Daniel Parker's underworld, a sexy and popular one who likes to do yoga and stretching on webcam to find clients. His room looks just like that, of course it's only a wallpaper plus some purple lights but at least the sexy boy is more than real! You should really give him a name and maybe mention him in one of Daniel's future stories :d

The swamp spirit... would have a lot to discuss with my lake boy. Reminded me of those athletic boys who have really slim waists, looking really thin from the side view but more broad and muscled from the front view. Swimmer boys often have bodies like that I think... Also not sure why he's a swamp spirit, looks more like a tropical fish spirit to me, standing in the lake near a dark forest. The pattern is interesting, was unable to google a real fish with a similar pattern but pretty sure it must exist somewhere.
I really mean it any other person would just said some general tips and let it be, you helped all the way untill it was solved :)
Was so sad when page went down, happy its back. Was thinking lot about this image in meantime and realized didn't told enough about it praise. Because it is not just interesting shape of waist but also whole clothing which is like all new fashion trend in your world!!! And which must have been very hard to invent properly. Then there is that funny story about what other chracters think and so on!
Shifty
Thanks! I'm very happy that you thought of this image, I also updated it a bit since the last time, not just the face to look more like Yasha but the details around the waist, a nicer volume for the lower belly and the ribs looking better :3

Other characters must be so mad at Yasha, not only he has every single bone and joint in his body at 400-500% hypermobility, but now can wear a wrist watch on his waist! Something about Yasha is so suspicious, maybe he is indeed a guest from the future like his newest picture suggests :D
I liked first version of this idea a lot, but now its pumped up :) more detailed. Interesting that they both are on same theme but have a lot different feel (both good). You really managed to sell the 60s/80s feeling on each picture!
And oh yeah shape of his belly is very good I would say better than most others even yours!!
Shifty
The previous version was watches, but this one is a fitness bracelet... :P

By the way I made an archive of my installation of InvokeAI, all you need is create C:\InvokeAI (will NOT work from other directories), unzip, run download_models.bat and make sure it downloads everything successfully and re-run if it gets stuck at 0% or fails. Once all checksums match, try run.bat right away, ideally should just work... Can try update.bat later to get new github updates if needed, it should also work but who knows... mega.nz/file/aJRznD5B#ctzPBHn1TP9TL78vJqaaPrI7eJDSTmsETKQfXZFcEHs

They are neural networks they work in same way like our brains thats why you can "compress" 100.000.000+ milion images into one simple 4gb file (well ofc training images were small too). Only difference is they are too perfect remembering much more exactly than we do. That is why images seems "stolen". Before ai only handfull of very gifted people with "photographic" memory and great artistic skills could do something similar. But basically its just exactly same process (as I understand it).
In my oppinion whole tech is just super primitive right now and thats why some results confuse people.
Shifty
I think it's simple to explain the way I already did with the y=sin(x) example, this function is periodic, meaning it gives the exact same results when x=0Β° and x=360Β°, so we only need to consider the period from 0Β° to 360Β° when making a neuronet for it. If we make 4 neurons to approximate sin(x) and train it, we get

x1=0Β°; y1=0
x2=90Β°; y2=1
x3=180Β°; y3=0
x4=270Β°; y4=-1

How do we get those "y1" etc? The training algorithm just generates any random number and stores in y1, then it generates another random number but only stores it in y1 if the new random number is closer to sin(0Β°) than what's already stored. It keeps doing that over and over, and after many training steps it gets super close to the value y1=0 simply by random guessing.

This is a super simple model, only 4 neurons, but it already lets us calculate sin(x) with some very basic precision. They're called "neurons" because the numbers they contain are not hard-coded by humans but obtained throught the process of training.

Now if we want sin(45Β°), 45Β° is halfway between 0Β° and 90Β°, so we need to apply the weight 0.5 to y1 and y2, so the result is

sin(45Β°) = 0.5*y1 + 0.5*y2 = 0.5*0 + 0.5*1 = 0.5

The real value of sin(45Β°) is 0.707, so not bad for only 4 neurons. With 8 neurons it would be a whole lot more precise, 64 neurons would be probably enough for most needs, unless the use case is heavily dependent on precision. So just a table of 64 numbers and you no longer need that heavy sin(x) function that takes a lot of CPU time to calculate, now you can get the result instantly.

The data in the AI model is stored in a similar way, so it doesn't matter how many images you use to train it, they don't enlarge the model, they just change the numbers stored in the neurons, while the count of neurons is fixed. The more images you use and more training steps, the more precise model you get. For example if we only used 10-15 training steps in the 4 neurons above, we wouldn't get a very precise sin(x) model, it would be very random, noisy... So more training steps help to fine-tune the model, get it closer to the original "source", while only storing it in the form of neurons.

They allocated 4 GB of neurons because that's how much you can fit into most of modern video cards, they could have easily made it 16 GB, it would be way more precise but very few people in the world could use it. Video cards are much faster as they have 8000 (for example) cores that can calculate things at the same time while CPU has only 16 cores for example.

But this is the stuff I learned as a schoolboy in the 90s, so I only know how to make a neuronet for the sin(x), don't ask me how to make a neuronet that can draw boys and tigers XD But I heard it's something based on gradients and vectors...

It's also hard to say what the future will be, but I think it's obvious that the AI works better with some base, so probably the tools will be developed to provide better base images to the algorithms so they could finally do poses, hands, etc. Right now it can be somewhat done, but takes a lot of manual work that all seems like it could be done automatically. OR maybe they will do something completely different again that nobody expects and will be way better than expected XD

πŸ‘ˆ Deep Navel

Very nice... the opening is developing well already enough for his many friends and soon even large ones will fitt :)
Shifty
Big plans for the little navel 😜

πŸ’ Flower Festival

Yup it feels like different artist BUT one which you know and constantly hinted him what to do all the time :D to the point when he gave up and painted that beautiful girly boy doing most sexy mindbending pose. I must esp appreciate you was smart and found a way how to convince him to do that 180d twist! How inventive to use cloth for that!
I am really gulping in awe and expectation what you can conjure in year from now!!!
While most people will still do some cat/pikatchu mashups.
Shifty
Thank you so much! It was one of very early pictures, still can't believe how much time it took, over 12 hours, but of course nothing compared to how long it would take to paint it in real life, not even counting many years in art academy and a time machine to travel back to the 19th century Europe because I doubt it's possible to learn a classical style like this in any modern art school...

The twist was the most difficult part, many layers of cloth and a lot of guessing how to make it more twisted... But I think the legs were just as difficult, specially making both legs look more or less the same... But in the end was worth all the time, because really enjoyed the ideal 180Β° twist, almost like the woman keeps telling him to keep his chest and butt straight and stop tilting them, and the boy looks so focused and determined to be perfect...

πŸ₯‹ Flexorcist Monk

Now this is great example in what ai art can be really great. This image is not flawless masterpiece but oh boy its still beautiful advertising of good ideas like intricate sashbelt great shape of lower chest(!!) and even some hand poses!
Also like you still find a time for stories it adds a lot depth and soult wich other just generated pieces will never have.
Shifty
Thank you! I was thinking if he got a red belt, would want to see their boys who have black belts 😜 Always loved the idea of tight-belted martial arts, almost as nice as belted bellydancing...

Glad you enjoyed the story! I'm trying to gather new ideas for the lore from everywhere: comments, my own stories, even AI art πŸ˜„ I mean I wasn't even thinking about it before this picture but now can imagine a whole monastery of dedicated wasped monks...

πŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈ Medieval Gym

It does look believable! Yes hands are bit off but omg every other part looks almost realistic like photo, love crotch detail! and leatorad eh :)
Shifty
Hands are such a give away πŸ˜‚ In the future there will be Anti-AI police who will be checking every picture's hands, if the hands are bad it will be insta-banned...

AI art: "I trained my hands for 6 months, learned to do them perfectly... But in the end I got a combo with an unusual pose I wasn't trained for... And they caught me!" 🀣

🌴 Cave Explorer

I laughed so hard now!!! Facepalm, geysers X-D woow :-D
!!! Nd I see cats are EVERYWHERE :)
Shifty
Haha, so glad it was funny! I just thought it's amusing that every time I run some AI updates and launch it, I always test it with the simple prompt "cat" πŸ˜‚ So I thought why not take my limited imagination and make some actual pictures with cats already... or even tigers 😜

πŸ“― Twisting Fawn

Holly Hell! Yasha sure did enough repent(s) to be uplifted right into heaven as a saint without diing first. But upon short observation and friendly chat with inhabitants he quickly decided to head for other heaven down below. He weren't disappointed at all... finally there were really no limits to his twisted soul :-)

I for one like those horns immensely and pose is I admit bit beyond me, 3D rotating video would be huge treat.
Like really... what sweet treats lately!
Shifty
Bet he went to Heaven ONLY to get a smooth crotch before going to Hell for the main fun :D

πŸ’ƒ Dancing Gypsy

I think its good idea that way you can post more stuff without fear of diluting your original works.
Shifty
Yeah I think this way it's more transparent :D
Iam happy that you decided to show your ai progres. It is much harder to create similar good picture than it seems. At least for me :D it takes skill and some knowledge and lot of time. Then again at least it is possible to do completely different artstyles which is also great.
I mean your art is best and would hate to be replaced with only ai, but it is also super interesting to see such different pieces. Plus iam sure with like dreambooth (soon even for gpus with 6-8gb) and better models you can improve faces with your style and make it look much more like "your" art.
Today I should have some landscapes for you from fungard :-)
Shifty
Glad it's fun to see them! I'll make a separate section for AI art on the website so they don't get too much in the way ^^

🌀️ Celestial Body

Now this start to look more like your style! Still can recognize "original" face but its much better!
Shifty

⛓️ Brother Yasha

Haha love the religion twist (THE TWIST wow) and that you are taking its absurdities with humour. Like in Bible there are clearly stated things then everyone following this do exaclty opposite things like witch trials X-D people are just really flexible in their behavior...

Like lantern and even carpet etc your colors are top notch as always
Shifty
Well, Yasha is in it just for the twists XD

Religion, yeah it's absurd, back in 5000-7000 BC maybe fiction was new and everybody could easily believe in it as had no experience... fictional literature didn't exist yet, so they only had myths, so people thought, wow, it must be all true. They were either too dumb to figure out that someone could just make things up, or most probably were just killed if they tried to question it...

It's all politics, even governments have their own fiction about their countries, like Americans pretending to be some cool guys, "liberators", while in reality more like lierators, money-greedy bastards in the core of every war in the world with their hands shoulder deep in blood and napalm, biological, chemical weapons, but working hard to build a self-image as some superheroes through Hollywood movies and constantly rewriting their own bloody history.

Reality is always something sad and depressive, while fiction paints that ugly corpse in nice colors... Even reality overall, the universe is vast and meaningless, this world is nothing but a lifetime prison inside the body that's constantly sick and rotting, but all of our fictions really help to paint it in some interesting colors, motivating to keep suffering, playing king of the hill, giving birth to new humans so you're never the last in line. I think we all still exist only thanks to fiction/absurd because we're always pretending that the world is something more than it really is...

Religion was just first to discover this approach, so in a way it's a good thing, it kept motivating ancient people, but part of why this world is so rotten is because humans have the capacity to turn anything good into bad, e.g. some people like the Hindu had invented the whole approach to create myths for spiritual purposes, inspire mental growth by studying various myths, passing the wisdoms that are hard to learn in one's lifetime all by oneself, etc, while some others like Christians did nothing but constant arguing, accusations, conquests, trials, torture, burning people alive, forbidding everything they could forbid, saying this world is ruled by the devil, all humans are sinful, creating tomes and tomes of evil fiction that turns pitchforks against humanity... So yeah, it's like everywhere, there are good movies that inspire you and bad movies that make you depressed, and a high budget doesn't make a good movie...
