Wounded Bearcub

A little illustration I've been working on for this story written by my friend:

In the deepest forest hide little creatures with long pointed ears, adorned with beautiful light clothing and golden jewels, dancing to the sound of panpipes on the sweetest flowers and sunny lawns that may exist. These beings, invisible to men, come out of their hiding places when the forest is calling for them. When animals are injured, when calves and cubs don't have a mother and are lost, when the rivers no longer flow, these creatures are here to help and turn everything around. These are apparently only legends but some men have been healed by these kinds of elven fairies and counted their incredible encounter with these mysterious little beings. But like any fairy tale which children believe, it could never be certified as such creatures ever existed. Thus arose the myths and legends about these forest dwellers born to cure ailments caused by time and humanity. Songs and poems were also dedicated to them and they never ceased to exist.
