Andrzej's Outdoors Training

In the past and today still many circuses work in the form of tents, so performers can improve their skills not in dusty backstage rooms but in the fresh air outside. Scientifically, exercising outside increases stamina by around 20 percent, movement speed by 5 percent, thinking by 10 percent, and flexibility by around 14 or even higher depending on the person.
